Our Grading System
Every product is inspected and assigned a grade so you know exactly what you're getting.
Minimal wear. May have been used once. No significant marks, tears, or structural issues. Ideal for retail and customer-facing shipments.
Light wear with minor cosmetic marks. Structurally sound with no weak spots. Great for B2B shipping and internal transfers.
Visible wear, some writing or labels. Fully functional for non-presentation uses. Best value option for storage and internal shipping.
How We Grade Every Product
Our four-point inspection system ensures consistent quality across every item we sell. Each product goes through the same rigorous evaluation before it enters our inventory.
Visual Inspection
Every box is checked for tears, punctures, staining, excessive printing, and cosmetic damage. We evaluate overall appearance to determine suitability for customer-facing versus internal-use applications.
Structural Integrity Test
We flex each panel, test fold lines for weakness, and check for delamination between liner and fluting. Boxes with compromised structure are downgraded or recycled rather than resold.
Weight / Load Test
Boxes designated for heavy-duty use are tested with representative loads to verify they meet stated weight capacity. Double and triple wall containers undergo stacking compression tests.
Water Resistance Check
We assess moisture exposure history and test for softness or warping. Boxes that have been exposed to significant moisture are removed from inventory. Wax-coated specialty boxes are verified for coating integrity.
Fail rate: Approximately 15-20% of boxes we receive do not pass our inspection and are sent to recycling instead of being resold. This means every box you purchase from us has been individually evaluated and approved for reuse. Our quality standards protect your products and your reputation.
