What payment terms do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and company checks. Established accounts can apply for Net 30 payment terms. For large recurring orders, we also offer Net 45 and Net 60 terms upon credit approval.

Do you offer recurring service agreements?

Yes, we offer scheduled recurring pickup and delivery services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Recurring customers benefit from priority scheduling, locked-in pricing, and a dedicated account representative.

Same-Day Local

Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST can be delivered same-day within the greater New Haven area and surrounding Connecticut towns. Subject to inventory availability.

Next-Day Regional

Need boxes in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island by tomorrow? Our regional fleet can make it happen with next-day delivery on rush orders placed by 2:00 PM EST.

Priority Processing

Rush orders are flagged for priority processing in our warehouse. Your order jumps to the front of the queue for picking, quality inspection, and loading.

Dedicated Rush Hotline

Directions

From I-95, take Exit 46 (Long Wharf). Head north on Sargent Dr, then turn right onto Wallace St. Our facility is on the left — look for the Box Recycle signage on the loading dock side.

Parking

Free visitor parking is available in our lot directly in front of the main office entrance. Truck and trailer parking is located at the rear of the facility near the loading bays.

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours for local pickups. For consultations, volume assessments, or to view specific inventory, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance so we can have the right team member available.
